I guess it is because Chinese and Hong Kong media "borrowed" theories and ethics from western countries as they see newspaper in a ethical way first, they built a consummate system and rules for media.
JOUR2 is a color pen that drew my another map on media. I learnt about media in Hong Kong and China, now I learn about America. It doesn't surprise me lot since the media share the same code but the freedom of press between China and America has a big different.
It is true that China government starts to broaden the freedom of press but still has strict rules to limit what reporters can report. News in America has less restrictions and people can read different opinions (but who knows, people have their selective memory and people have a firm stand would not be moved by the media).
A thought in my mind is: I guess I will never know how to write a blog, but I enjoy writing, reading and commenting blogs. Thank you JOUR2.
P.s. I want to write about the oldie song in mine which is "Where are you now" by Honor Society. It reminds me of my wonderful old days with my dear friends and teachers I like, but also telling me to move on, meet more amazing people and things in my life.
Honor Society - Where are you now
----- Behind the scene -------
Although I love writing and meanings behind stories, media writing and production nor Journalism are not my favorites. Plus, soon I find out I am not a good reporter and my interests is not reporting. I don't have the ambition to speak for people who have no say, truth seeker is not my aim too. I will keep finding, searching till I reach the place I want to be.
